Head of Global Human Resources

Beeontrade is accelerating its growth across multiple regions to fuel this expansion, we are seeking a Global HR Strategist to be based in our India headquarters. This is a critical corporate role — not just local HR.
You will build and scale Beeontrade's global HR, people, and performance management systems, while also establishing a strong foundation for HR operations in India as our headquarters. You will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the executive HR leader across all regions.
- Establish Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development.
- Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.
- Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
- Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Act as the strategic partner to India-based executives to align talent and performance with global objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
- Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.
- Launch Beeontrade-wide training, onboarding, and development programs to support long-term growth.
- Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.
- Drive company-wide engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
- Champion a culture of ownership, excellence, and collaboration across all offices.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region.
- Draft and maintain global employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
- Partner with legal counsel to manage sensitive HR and compliance matters.
- 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
- Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
- Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
- Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
- Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally to Beeontrade offices.
