Global HR Operations Director

This role requires a skilled professional to lead the company's global human resources operations. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of international HR practices and laws, as well as experience in payroll management, compliance, and shared services.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop strong partnerships with plant leaders, business heads, and integration teams to translate evolving business priorities into effective HR strategies. They will also be responsible for reviewing and refining employee grievance mechanisms and issue resolution processes.

Additionally, this role involves leading HR due diligence focusing on compensation, benefits, and payroll during acquisitions, as well as recommending and driving HR integration, process alignment, and shared services onboarding post-merger.

Key Requirements:
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR operations, payroll management, compliance, and shared services
- Mandatory exposure to HR legislation and practices in the EU and broader European region
- Experience supporting manufacturing or plant environments is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and process benchmarking skills with the ability to recommend and implement improvements
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Hands-on experience in cross-border M&A HR activities is a distinct advantage
