Job Role: Human Resources Process Manager

The primary function of the Human Resources Process Manager is pivotal in driving business transformation through standardized process management and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes across global entities.
  • Evaluate and implement consistent service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage HR helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of employee queries.
  • Drive harmonization of HR processes, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and champion automation and scalability with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and service excellence by collaborating with HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Leverage analytics tools to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
  • Lead the strategic scaling of business operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support global growth and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a GBS or shared services environment.
  • Strong expertise in HR systems, process automation, and service delivery models, proven leadership in managing cross-functional, multicultural teams, excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
