Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead strategic human resource initiatives. This individual will be responsible for scaling our customer-centric operations, prioritizing team growth and well-being, and maintaining operational rigor.

  • Manage generalist HR activities, employee retention, and employee engagement for the organization.
  • Provide strategic direction to the team and implement effective Human Resource strategies.
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure delivery of employee processes.
  • Drive team development and integration of HR functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement short- and long-term human resources strategies.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and proactivity, empowering employees to perform to their maximum potential.
  • Implement employee engagement programs and surveys.
  • Develop and manage employee compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
  • Act as a mentor, coach, and thought leader to senior management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, diversity initiatives, and employee relations strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Requires ITES/BPO industry experience and 12+ years of relevant HRBP experience in third-party business process services companies.
