We are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team at Home skul innolearn Pvt Ltd.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive business growth, develop new relationships, and strengthen existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct contact, referrals, and collaboration with our marketing department to increase revenue streams.
- Pursue networking activities and events to connect with potential clients, stay updated on industry trends, and expand our professional network.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to suggest relevant upgrades or added products and services that can enhance their experience with our company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized business proposals and contracts that meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements, ensuring that both parties achieve their goals.
- Provide training and support to our staff to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in sales and deliver outstanding results.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges.
