Job Title: Customer Smiles Expert

We are looking for a skilled Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Welcome walk-in clients with warmth, listening closely to their needs, and offering furniture solutions that fit like a dream.
  • Follow up with clients and interior designers to keep the conversation going, with care and clarity.
  • Coordinate with designers and architects to explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes with flair and accuracy, and share them after approvals.
  • Bridge the conversation between our clients and sales team.
  • Maintain a clean, updated client database.
  • Handle queries with empathy and offer smooth, timely resolutions.
  • Pitch in with digital media and e-commerce journey initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent spoken and written English skills, a well-put-together presence, and a natural sense of warmth.


You should also have comfort dealing with clients, designers, and team members alike, as well as a working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.


Able to write thoughtful emails and have strong follow-up instincts, with confidence, initiative, and a gentle touch of humour.
