Job Summary

Cyfuture is seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day general office management and housekeeping management. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in office admin activities and liaison with government departments, sound knowledge of office management software, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with MIDC, MPCB, Factory license, Fire brigade, Police dept, DISH, MMRDA, BMC & Labour RC for administrative purposes.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate with external parties for repair and maintenance, and process bills and payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, negotiate best deals, and balance confirmations.
  • Maintain facilities, file systems, and necessary records.
  • Liaise with government officials, labor department, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensure housekeeping and security agency delivers services as per work order requirements.
  • Train services team for duty fulfillment and maintain facilities like workspaces, reception, and lobby areas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, liaison with government departments, and sound knowledge of office management software.
  • Good communication skills, dynamic, and energetic.
  • Relevant experience in travel desk, housekeeping, vendor management, general administration, and facility management.
