About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities and Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations at our Head Office in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing space, housekeeping, facility maintenance, events, and general administrative activities. They will also coordinate with regional offices to ensure seamless support activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily Facility and Admin operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks
  • Oversee space management, housekeeping, facility maintenance, and events
  • Coordinate with regional offices for smooth operations
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline processes
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment, and manage purchasing within budgetary constraints
  • Monitor and improve office budgets, expenses, and administrative services
  • Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Graduate/PG degree
  • Proven experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
