About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prioritize facilities' needs and work closely with the Facilities Manager and Assistant Facility Manager to ensure seamless operations.
  2. Oversee property supplies, maintain adequate stocks, and manage supply and service contracts as approved by clients.
  3. Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans to mitigate risks.
  4. Maintain health and safety standards, actively participating in reviews and ensuring compliance.
  5. Monitor the property's budget, ensuring sufficient petty cash for operations and adhering to vendor invoice processes.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of property operations and management principles.
  • A degree in business or hotel and building management, with at least three to five years' experience in facilities management.
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of occupational safety and client-centric operations.
  • Solid background in team and vendor management, with excellent communication and reporting skills.

Salary Range

Rupees 15,00,000 - Rupees 25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience.
