
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Care Executive. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective engagement.
- This includes achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, generating leads through industry networking and digital outreach, and following up with customers for pending payments.
- You will also be responsible for conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and delivery terms, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, and a willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and technical consultation.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through industry networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring timely collections and addressing performance-related queries.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in mechanical, production, or industrial engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial sales, preferably in pharma tooling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- The willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby regions.
