Business Development Manager Job Description

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Address client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique gifting needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales, customer service, and administrative staff.
    • Provide guidance and performance evaluations to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including order processing and quality control.
    • Ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions while maintaining product quality.
