Job Description:
The primary objective of this position is to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the public sector, driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and pipeline development through targeted outreach and business development activities.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact to close, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and develop strategic plans for expansion.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business products and value propositions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, approach notes, and presentations that meet client needs and expectations.
- Foster open communication with stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses to queries and concerns.
- Analyze sales and financial data to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business administration or education, or related field.
- Experience in curriculum design and blended learning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills.
