
Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the tile adhesives industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales Activities: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Develop Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with colleagues across different departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.
- 1-6 Years of Experience: Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role in the ceramics/tiles/sanitary ware industry.
- Strong Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of tile adhesives products and their applications.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to Work Independently: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
