We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business by building strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for capital management, LAP, and insurance services.
- Lead the allocation, tracking, and monitoring of team members' work to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in sales and collection.
- Provide guidance and support to customers on financial management, issue resolution, and product training.
- Cross-sell life insurance and other group/health insurance products to existing clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively with credit, operation, and collection teams.
- Achieve/exceed sales productivity targets and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct sales activities in various locations across the city and promote awareness activities for retail customers.
- Monitor markets and adjust client strategies as needed to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
