Job Title: Business Insights Specialist


   At our organization, we seek a skilled Business Insights Specialist to lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets. This role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources across the company, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting key findings through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored analyses.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (minimum requirement).
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and machine learning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
