Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for handling a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Equity Relationship Managers. Your primary objective is to acquire new franchisees, Independent Financial Advisors, and other key partners, and help them onboard clients across various products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide best-in-class services to partners.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new franchisees and expand existing relationships.
  3. Conduct training sessions with partners on our product offerings, including Direct Equity, Investment Products, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, AIFs, Insurance, Bonds, and Fixed Deposits.
  4. Collaborate with the products and training team to create engaging content and ensure seamless delivery of our services to partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. At least 4-5 years of experience in managing teams in the B2B space, specifically in partner alliances.
  2. A strong background in selling equity broking products and experience with mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other investment products.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  4. The ability to learn and stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
