Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. This leadership role demands a visionary professional with a proven track record in driving high-value deals, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the business development function and set clear growth objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the companys client base and market presence
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee proposal development, pitch strategies, and contract negotiations
- Identify and secure high-value business opportunities in PR, advertising, and communication services
- Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve targets
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities
- Represent PR 24x7 at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue goals
- Strong networking, negotiation, and strategic selling skills
- Deep understanding of PR, media, or advertising services
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work independently while leading and inspiring a team
