Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled business development manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of lead generation, account management, and sales team leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Present solutions through compelling presentations, product demos, and solution prototypes.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to provide in-depth consultation and address client inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments by actively listening to clients, asking probing questions, and analyzing business pain points.
  • Translate client requirements into clear and actionable insights for the technical and sales teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide thought leadership and valuable insights during client interactions.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, forecast revenue, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Research, track, and maintain leads to identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads from direct sources, including social media and email marketing.
  • Participate in proposal writing, sales presentations, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in generating leads and managing sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
