Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires strong leadership and management skills.

Job Description:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
