Job Title: Sr. Executive—Presales

 

Job Description:
  • As a Sr. Executive-Presales, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, follow up on appointments, and coordinate project presentations and site visits.
  • It is essential to maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, layouts, and unique selling points (USPs).

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to understand and explain commercial real estate projects effectively.
  • Negotiation and persuasion abilities are crucial in closing deals.
  • Good knowledge of commercial property market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
  • A customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude is vital.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable commercial real estate projects.
  2. Assist the sales team with lead qualification and follow-ups.
  3. Maintain updated knowledge of company projects and USPs.
  4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers as per client needs.
  5. Conduct project presentations, virtual walkthroughs, and site visit coordination.
  6. Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
