Job Summary:

This Administrative and Invoicing Manager position requires a detail-oriented professional to prepare, verify and process invoices accurately. The candidate will also investigate discrepancies in invoices and resolve queries with internal teams or vendors.


The successful candidate will manage invoice records, ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and assist in generating monthly invoicing reports and supporting documentation for audits.


In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate will handle daily administrative tasks including document management, record keeping, and correspondence. They will also support vendor management processes, including onboarding, compliance checks, and payment coordination.


The ideal candidate has proven experience in office administration and vendor coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
