About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of Head of Administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities related to school operations, including requisition and inventory management, updating records on student and staff data, and establishing quality standards for various services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative functions efficiently and resolve issues within agreed times.
- Oversee operations, logistics, security, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure smooth school operations.
- Maintain accurate records and checks on various services, including transport, catering, security, uniforms, and teaching domains.
- Implement effective ancillary management and ensure school safety equipment is well-maintained.
- Arrange cost-effective training programs, workshops, and field trips as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the education industry.
- Desirable: MBA – Finance/Marketing/Operations, experience in education/telecom/insurance/retail/IT training sectors.
- Functional: business understanding, planning and organizing skills, problem-solving, and ability to crunch numbers.
- Behavioural: excellent verbal and written communication skills, decision-making, self-driven, emotional intelligence, assertiveness, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
