Job Description

We are seeking an efficient and organized individual to fill the role of Administrative Executive. This position will involve handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting client requirements, and ensuring smooth backend execution.

The successful candidate will have experience in administration, operations, or customer service, with strong communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills. They will be a quick learner, adaptable, proactive, and interested in taking on leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms. They will be comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and travel industries, gaining international exposure through client collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical
  • Support marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination
Client & Customer Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with both international and domestic clients
  • Provide responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels
  • Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is maintained
Growth & Team Readiness
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency building

Requirements
  • Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service
  • Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills
