
Executive HR and Administrative Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Career Development.
Additionally, you will drive Employee Engagement and Retention Strategies, ensuring compliance with Labour Laws, HR Policies, and Best Practices.
Furthermore, you will oversee Office Operations, Facilities, and Vendor Management, as well as Manage Company Policies, Contracts, and Documentation.
Lastly, you will ensure smooth execution of Travel, Logistics, and Procurement, and Support in Finance Coordination (payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments).
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in IT/Tech, and possess Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, HR systems, and Compliance.
They should also have Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Ability to set up Scalable Processes in a growing company, Proactive, Detail-Oriented, and Hands-On Problem Solver.
Additionally, prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus.
