Job Opportunity:

Key Position Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our human resources functions and oversee office administration.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Human Resources:
  • Recruitment – Post job openings, interview candidates, finalize hiring, and manage onboarding formalities.
  • Attendance and Payroll Management – Monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves; ensure accurate data for payroll processing.
  • Employee Records and Documentation – Maintain proper records of employees including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, etc.
  • Performance Management – Define KPIs, support appraisal cycles, and ensure updates in the Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Training and Development – Coordinate sessions and support employee skill enhancement.
  • Employee Engagement and Support – Organize employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and promote a positive workplace environment.
  • Statutory Compliance and Audits – Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and ISO/IRIS standards by maintaining accurate records.
Administration:
  • Office Operations – Oversee office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems.
  • Travel Arrangements – Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
  • Workplace Maintenance – Ensure the office is safe, secure, and operational.
  • Petty Cash and Budgeting – Manage petty cash transactions and maintain admin budget records.
  • Compliance and Insurance – Oversee insurance renewals for company assets, manage NDAs, and coordinate with authorities.
  • Meetings and Events – Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events.
  • Cross-Department Coordination – Facilitate smooth communication between HR, Admin, and other departments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
