Job Overview

This role is perfect for a seasoned HR professional who can effectively manage all aspects of HR operations, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization within a dynamic manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume environment.
  2. Drive process improvements, champion automation, and maintain best-in-class standards across HR operations.
  3. Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and maintain accurate statutory records.
  4. Develop strategies to enhance employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a collaborative work climate.
  5. Implement effective HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives and statutory mandates.
  6. Promote continuous learning and development, digital transformation, and future-readiness within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

· Minimum 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.

· Extensive knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.

· Proven track record in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to drive transformational changes.
