We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our security operations and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of security professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit and onboard talented security engineers to strengthen the team.
Technical Expertise

The successful candidate will have expertise in:

  • Deploying, configuring, and managing NGFWs, WAFs, PAM, XDR, FIM, and other security solutions.
  • Ensuring robust security measures are in place to protect cloud infrastructure and applications.
Collaboration and Communication

The Security Leadership and Strategy Director will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes.
  • Communicate security policies and procedures to stakeholders and ensure adherence.
Compliance and Risk Management

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, industry standards, and regulations like PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and compliance checks to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CISSP certification is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary

$150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
