Job Title: Head of Security Director

The role is responsible for leading the security strategy and operations across all India locations, ensuring high standards of operational security, manned guarding, command center operations, investigations, reception, crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity aspects.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join our team as a Head of Security Director. As the key expert on corporate security, you will be responsible for developing security procedures, guidelines, and policies for all locations, recommending security strategies, and staying up-to-date with threat assessments to property, assets, and personnel.

You will develop and implement frameworks for security training, awareness, and technical security systems across all sites, explore network and professional partners to gather intelligence, and issue timely advisories. You will also monitor travel security processes and leverage technology to simplify processes.

This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, experience in managing country-level security, handling crisis situations, vendor/supplier-related issues, and access control systems, CCTV surveillance, visitor management systems, travel, and transport security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop security procedures and guidelines for all locations and recommend security policies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on corporate security.
  • Develop and implement framework for security training, awareness, and technical security systems on all sites.
  • Explore network and professional partners to gather intelligence and issue timely advisories.
  • Monitor travel security process.
  • Leverage technology to enable simplification of processes.
  • Develop best practices based on industry-wide benchmarking.
  • Operate with credibility at senior levels of the organization promoting corporate security, business continuity, and investigation programs.
  • Provide intellectual leadership and active support to stakeholders to ensure that risks are made known to senior management on time.

Requirements:

  • Experience – Retired Capt/Major/Lt Col with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in the field of security.
  • Demonstrated Capability – The individual should have demonstrated managing Country level security independently.
  • Education – Graduation (regular/full-time course) in any stream with 60% aggregate is mandatory.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
