Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting activities
  • Writing and creating customized emails
  • Cross-team functioning
  • Data collection, sorting, and checking
  • Meeting minutes creation
  • Regular follow-ups with clients over calls
  • Following instructions from seniors
  • Work organization and prioritization
  • Regular follow-ups with customers over calls for collection and invoice following up

Requirements:

  • Prior experience of 2-3 months internship in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries
  • Availability to dedicate 9 hours a day for 6 days a week
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Knowledge of various tools and data collection

Good to Have:

  • Experience in customer relationship management
