We're seeking a results-driven professional to fill the role of Sales Engagement Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional judgment to identify high-potential leads and craft personalized responses that engage prospects meaningfully.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor email and marketing campaign replies, responding promptly to maintain momentum.
  • Develop tailored responses by blending templates with personalization.
  • Identify and escalate high-potential leads to the sales team for timely follow-up.
  • Nurture conversations to keep prospects engaged and invested in the process.
  • Collaborate with SDRs/BDRs to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM and outreach tools for seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or client coordination with a track record of success.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills (formulas, filters, formatting) to manage and analyze data effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate situations and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications.
  • 0-1 year of experience in multiple roles, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations.
