Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Salesforce, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate resolution of support tickets related to sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, People.ai, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets from sales users.
  • Managing a fast-paced queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution.
  • Triage Level 2 tickets to the right stakeholders with required information.
  • Assisting in scheduled maintenance of systems via data migrations.
  • Maintaining Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Managing access and visibility-related issues.
  • Assisting with documentation of best practices and usage.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5+ years of professional experience in an IT/Salesforce Helpdesk role or Salesforce certified.
  • Salesforce Administrator experience is highly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of navigating Salesforce landscape and terminology with a focus on data security and territory management.
  • Experience with sales processes and experience in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience providing system and tools support to users.
  • Strong team player with a service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Aggressive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional skills such as knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, and Dataloader and SOQL are a plus.
