Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Netsuite professional to join our team as a Financial System Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, migration, and customization of Netsuite's financial modules to ensure seamless integration with clients' systems.
  • Partner with finance teams to deliver user training, streamline processes, and evaluate automation opportunities.
  • Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, and ensure system configurations align with regulatory standards.
  • Provide project updates to leadership, communicate risks or dependencies, and propose actionable solutions to enhance Netsuite workflows.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your expertise in Netsuite customizations, Suitescript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems, with over 8 years of technology experience and 6+ years of hands-on Netsuite expertise.
  • Proven knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, and financial reporting, with advanced proficiency in Netsuite customizations.
  • Expertise in key R2R processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to handle complex financial processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, with a collaborative mindset to work across cross-functional teams.
