Key Responsibilities:- Sales Hustle: Generate and qualify leads for our target revenue stream. Reach out to potential customers/partners via calls, emails, and social channels. Support in closing deals and building relationships.
- Marketing Execution: Run scrappy campaigns on various platforms. Draft content that converts. Track campaign performance and suggest quick iterations.
- Growth Ops: Analyze funnels and customer journeys to spot drop-offs. Coordinate with teams to push experiments. Share insights directly with the leadership team.
- You should be a self-starter who loves getting things done.
- Comfortable switching between sales calls and Canva decks in the same day.
- Hungry to learn about growth in an early-stage startup.
