Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate. This role will involve working with Odessa and Platform Tools, providing technical assistance and support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries via email or phone.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to Odessa and Platform Tools.
  • Perform configuration changes in Odessa to meet user requirements.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and technical issues.
  • Provide timely follow-up with users to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Assist with user account management and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Knowledge of Odessa and its functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 to 9 years of overall experience.
  • Specific experience managing or working with Odessa or similar platforms.
