- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, financial services, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
