
Customer Service Expert

As a customer service professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers. Your expertise will be showcased by improving customer satisfaction while working closely with stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the complete lifecycle of order processing with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
- Lead resolution of customer complaints with a focus on fast response and quality outcomes, recommending appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinating with related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request is in place.
- Keep customers proactively informed on issue status based on inputs received and clarify their doubts.
- Prepare and analyze regular statistics using available tools, collect additional relevant information, and track regular sales performance against target, sharing insights with management.
- 6-10 years of experience with any full-time graduation.
- 1+ years of experience in managing teams and performance management.
- Knowledge of Sales & Distribution process in SAP.
- Experience in Order management, Oracle, Master Data.
- Evaluate integrity and compliance with values and ethics in all activities.
This role contributes to the business unit for a leading industry solution provider. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and be able to provide exceptional support to customers.
