- Ability to articulate and simplify customer issues and solutions.

- Strong communication skills & Email etiquette. Candidates should be well-versed in crafting effective email responses to handle multiple customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of our Customer Services team, you will serve as the customer advocate, ensuring that complex issues are addressed quickly and effectively while managing the customer's expectations. You will become an expert in Dell Technologies products, solutions, and capabilities, experimenting with innovations and discussing best practices with your team.
You will:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries through multiple communication channels.
- Increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty through providing best in class personalized customer support.
- Provide support to leadership to effectively improve the overall service levels provided to the customer.
- Have the opportunity to provide coaching, guidance, and direction to other team members.
