About the Job
As a Senior Associate Customer Success , you will act as the key liaison between the company and our clients. You will manage high-value relationships, ensure client satisfaction, oversee engagement strategies, and support cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions. This role demands strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
- Understand client goals and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, or process optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, operations, etc.) to ensure delivery of seamless client experiences.
- Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
- Mentor and support junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
