Responsibilities

- Manage customer interactions via voice, semi-voice, or blended modes of communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets and improve service delivery.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to team discussions for enhanced operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with CRM tools and call center technologies is a plus.
