Global Customer Support Representative Job

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective support to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and management to drive customer service excellence and business growth.
  • Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points, improving overall customer experience.
  • Process and report customer feedback, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules accurately and promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in international business settings.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
