
Enterprise Client Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the success of our enterprise clients.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions and escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams.
- Develop customized success plans, outlining key performance indicators and provide guidance in achieving these objectives.
- Measure customers' achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Account management teams to secure contract renewals.
- Identify opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Client satisfaction ratings
- Contract renewal rates
- Cross-sell/upsell revenue growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success/project management roles
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
