Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving customer success and exceeding performance targets by managing major accounts and building strong relationships with enterprise clients.

  • Manage key client accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty, identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams to serve as the primary contact liaison for technical questions or escalations.
  • Develop tailored success plans with customers, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, providing guidance on achieving these objectives.
  • Measure and report on customer progress against these key performance indicators both internally and externally.
  • Lead pilots for upsells and participate in presentations with key accounts, ensuring seamless customer onboarding and support.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer success or project management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical knowledge in cybersecurity with good analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
