Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage relationships with top online retailers in the laptop and mobile categories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, managing monthly business plans, coordinating with internal teams, and optimizing performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce partners to ensure successful partnerships.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and product teams to optimize inventory and planning processes.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and service integration on online portals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using key KPIs.
  • Manage operational issues such as returns and debit notes.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce (laptop/mobile category preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
