Position Overview:
E-commerce Operations Executive ensures smooth, efficient, and profitable online/e-com operations by managing inventory, order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and website functionality. Their role is crucial in enhancing the customer experience and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities :
Inventory ManagementOversee inventory levels and ensure accurate stock information.
Manage replenishment processes to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
Order FulfillmentCoordinate order processing, packaging, and shipping.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Customer ServiceAddress customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the online shopping journey.
Ensure Online platform/ website functionalityCo-ordinate with concern to maintain and optimize the e-commerce website
Ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience with smooth navigation.
Distribution/Supplies/LogisticsCo-orination with distribution team / sales team for proper shipping methods, rates, and delivery options.
Optimize cost-effectiveness while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely supplies.
MIS reports and Data AnalysisMonitor sales performance and identify trends.
Use data insights to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
Process ImprovementContinuously evaluate and enhance e-commerce operations.
Streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
CollaborationWork closely with sales, distribution, operations, plant, quality, marketing and customer service teams.
Ensure seamless operations and alignment with business goals.
Technology ImplementationImplement and manage e-commerce platforms, software, and tools.
Automate processes to enhance efficiency.
Budget ManagementManage budgets related to inventory, shipping, and marketing.
ReportingPrepare regular reports on e-commerce performance.
Track key metrics such as sales, inventory, and customer service performance.
