The role involves deploying and executing commercial plans to drive sales growth and market share. Key responsibilities include driving cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility.
Key objectives are met by understanding customer needs, developing insights, and recruiting new customers. Market activation plans for new products are developed and executed, with a focus on generating demand and measuring performance.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth and market share.
- Lead the execution of go-to-market plans, asset maintenance, vendor selection & coordination for BTL activities.
- Understand customer behavior, develop insights, segment existing customers, and recruit new customers.
- Measure performance of customers, channels, and identify optimization opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in Channel Sales and Trade Marketing in dealership-model based consumer product industry.
- Exposure to multiple geographies in West India region (MMR and Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa).
- Experience of managing channel partners, engaging with dealers, managing schemes.
- Strong communication skills.
