As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to build strong client relationships. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and strong strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive growth through lead generation and qualification.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Attend networking events to attract and retain clients.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and build business relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to develop pitches and provide input based on client discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Advertising, or similar.
- 0–1 year experience in a digital marketing/branding/creative & advertising agency.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Solution-oriented mindset and strong strategic thinking.
- Quick thinker with a strong presence of mind.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
