Digital Campaign Manager

As a seasoned Digital Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the execution of end-to-end digital engagement campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, messaging, and targeting strategies.

  • Develop and implement precise audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver the right message to the right users at the right time.
  • Rigorously track campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with product, marketing, and data teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, alignment with business goals, and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, campaign execution, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and the analysis of test results.
