About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to drive our production and supply chain operations forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor partnerships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products, and optimizing sourcing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Optimization and Budget Management:
  • Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Develop and manage sourcing budgets effectively, monitoring expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Production Coordination & Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely production, shipping, and delivery of garments while maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure 95% On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

  • Coordinate closely with the internal QA team to conduct timely product review meetings, inline, midline & final inspections.
  • Monitor and address any quality issues or deviations throughout the production process, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with the internal QA team as necessary.

Supplier Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and onboard potential contract manufacturing partners capable of producing garments in line with brand standards and requirements.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key vendors to foster long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and mutual benefit.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills.
  • Solid project management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of garment production, quality standards, and supply chain.
  • Leadership skills with team and cross-functional management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay positive.
