Leadership Role in Academic Excellence

The successful candidate will serve as a visionary leader, driving academic excellence and fostering innovation within our institution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient management of classes, examinations, and technical training programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance research and innovation, strengthen industry partnerships, and promote international collaborations and exchange programs.
  • Provide guidance to department heads and teachers in designing timetables.
  • Oversee timely dissemination of information among students.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for enrollment processes.
  • Ensure institutional data is regularly updated on our website.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Hold periodic meetings with students to gather feedback.
  • Assist the Principal and Dean in preparing for institutional inspections.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums.
  • Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Ph.D. degree.
  • Professor/Associate Professor with 15 years of teaching/research/administration experience in universities, colleges, and other institutions of higher education.
