Job Title: Lease Portfolio Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lease Portfolio Manager to oversee the daily functions of our Lease Abstraction team. The successful candidate will lead a global team, manage abstraction projects, and provide training and onboarding for new abstractors.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field and a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local Managed Services oversight, leadership, and people management of Managed Services employees in India and globally
  • Engaging with Business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team in India
  • Drive global integration and standardisation in India through policies, procedures, and training
  • Contribute vision and leadership to deliver technology initiatives in support of growth
  • Optimizing solutions to improve performance and productivity within or across Services Departments
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field and managing a global team
  • Manage abstraction projects by conducting regular meetings and resolving issues
  • Responsible for training and onboarding new abstractors
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire a team and take concrete actions to deliver
  • Excellent communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills
